PrivacyPact provides privacy compliance solutions including cookie consent management, privacy request handling, and compliance tracking services. The Service is provided through our widget, API, and dashboard platform.

PrivacyPact provides compliance tools but does not guarantee legal compliance. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
